Andrew Petz (“Petz”) appeals from his convictions for: aiding and abetting Earl Lee Osborne and William Herbert Bishop in possessing marijuana with intent to distribute while aboard a vessel of the United States in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 955a(a) and 18 U.S.C. § 2; conspiracy to possess marijuana with intent to distribute in. violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 955a(a) and 955c; conspiracy to import marijuana into the United States in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 952(a) and 963; and attempting to import marijuana into the United States in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§…
