Appellant, William S. Corbin, brought suit in ejectment in the superior court of Cook county to recover possession of a strip of land sixteen feet wide north of and adjoining vacated lots 10 to 16, inclusive, in block 6, of D. S. Place’s addition to the city of Chicago, said strip lying south of and adjoining the railroad right of way, bounded on the east by the east line of vacated lot 10 extended in said block 6, and on the west by the west line extended of vacated lot 16 in said block.
