State Ex Rel. Carriger v. Campbell Food Markets, Inc.

This is the second appeal in this litigation. The decision on the first appeal is reported in State ex rel. Carriger v. Campbell Food Markets, Inc., 60 Wn. (2d) 478, 374 P. (2d) 435 (1962).

In that decision, this court held that Carriger was entitled to specific performance of the option agreement granted him in the bylaws of Campbell Food Markets, Inc.
