This is a summary judgment case. Appellant, Guy Sparkman, brought this suit against Peoples National Bank of Tyler, Texas, Dub Riter, Frank Sewell, Jr., and Weldon McFarland, individually and as agents, employees and servants of the Peoples National Bank of Tyler, Texas.
