Pending are the corrected petition of Diemaco, a Division of Devtek Corporation (“Diemaco”), to compel arbitration, 1 the counter-petition of defendants (“Colt”); to compel arbitration, for permanent injunction and for declaratory judgment,' Colt’s motion to expedite, and Colt’s motion to dismiss or alternatively to stay. For the following reasons, Diemaco’s corrected petition is DENIED. Colt’s motions to expedite and to dismiss or to stay are DENIED AS MOOT.
