RULING ON THE DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO DISMISS
COVELLO, Chief Judge.
This is an action for a declaratory judgment and damages in connection with a series of reinsurance contracts. It is brought pursuant to 9 U.S.C. § 201, 1 28 U.S.C. § 2201, 2 and common law tenets concerning breach of contract. The plaintiffs are various insurance companies who are reinsured by the defendants through a series of contracts.
