In this disciplinary proceeding petitioner now moves to confirm the report and findings of the Justice of the Supreme Court to whom the issues were referred to take proof on the issues of fact and report the same to this court. The petition herein initially charged respondent with eight instances of alleged violation of provisions of the Code of Professional Responsibility as well as pertinent provisions of the Penal Law.
