Clarke, P. J.:

The respondent was admitted to the bar in July, 1906. Upon a charge of unprofessional conduct preferred by the present petitioner, this court, on December 30, 1915, directed that he be suspended from practice for six months, and an order to that effect was entered on January 25, 1916. (Matter of Coleman, 170 App. Div. 537.) Prior to the expiration of such term of suspension, a supplemental petition was filed against the respondent which charges, in substance, that he converted to his own use the sum of 1218 which he received from Messrs.
