This is a motion for a new trial “ on all the grounds mentioned in sections 549 and 552 of the Civil Practice Act, and particularly on the grounds: 1st: That the verdict is against the law of the case ” as charged by the court. “ 2nd: That the verdict is contrary to the evidence * * #” and “ 3rd:

*552* * * That the verdict of the jury was contrary to and against the weight of evidence and was a compromise verdict.”
