These are actions of tort for libel arising out of an article in “The International Teamster,” the official magazine of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America, a labor union, hereinafter referred to as the Bfotherhood, of which the defendant was the general president and of whose magazine he was the editor. The plaintiffs were members of Local 25, a subordinate union of the Brotherhood.
