Plaintiff-appellant Susan Johnson appeals from the district court’s entry of summary judgment in favor of defendantappellee Educational Testing Service, Inc. (ETS) and the court’s denial of leave to amend her complaint. We affirm.
I. Background
ETS is a non-profit corporation that prepares and administers the Law School Admission Test (LSAT). Susan Johnson, who was then a college senior, took the LSAT three times and achieved the following scores, on a scale of 200 to 800:
