— Reversing.

The appellees, Arden & Fraley, composed a partnership, engaged in the manufacturing of lumber, and recovered the judgment appealed from, in the Carter circuit court, against the appellant, Commercial Bank of Gray-son, a banking corporation engaged in the general banking business, and organized under the laws of this state. The judgment was for six hundred and eighty dollars and seventy-five cents, with interest at six per centum per annum from the date of the bringing of the action.
