Appellant was named as beneficiary in an industrial policy of life insurance, issued by the defendant insurance company on March 19, 1934, in the sum of $219 upon the life of Nona Mincy, his wife. Following her death on May 9, 1936, in the Philadelphia General Hospital from “hemorrhage secondary to aneurysm of the aorta,” he brought suit for the face of the policy; the case was tried before a jury and resulted in, a disagreement.
