The administrators with the will annexed of the estate of Henry B. W. Snelling (Snelling) by equity petition in the Probate Court have sought declaratory and other relief against (1) Mr. Axel B. Gravem and Mr. William Herbits (the coguarantors), who with Snelling guaranteed payment of a loan by Small Business Administration (SBA) *399to Plymouth Bay Packing Company, Inc.
