MEMORANDUM and ORDER

CAFFREY, Chief Judge.

This is a civil action in which jurisdiction of this Court is invoked on the basis of 28 U.S.C.A. § 1334 and on the basis of the Federal Bankruptcy Act. Plaintiff is a Boston attorney whose practice is largely concerned with bankruptcy matters. Defendants are Edward I. Perkins, a Boston attorney; Jonathan R. Snelling, Administrator of the Estate of Henry B. W. Snelling; and Norman Burwen, a Boston attorney.
