GRAVEN, District Judge.

The plaintiffs in this case are numerous. They are all citizens and residents of the State of Iowa. The defendant is a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware with its principal place of business in the State of Illinois. Each plaintiff seeks to recover the sum of $20,000 compensatory damages and $60,000 exemplary or punitive damages for breach of contract of employment.
