Appellees, Charles Loyd Ramsey and' Pamela Grace Ramsey, initiated the underlying action to adopt Charles’ two minor children without the consent-of their natural mother, Ranita Coberly, appellant. The petition, filed pursuant to 10 O.S.1991 § 60.6, alleged that the mother had willfully failed, refused or neglected to contribute to the support of the children for the preceding *809twelve months and therefore her consent was unnecessary and her parental rights should cease.
