4 1 Appellant, Chris Yancey, natural father of Baby Boy L., seeks review of the trial court's order denying his request for attorney fees and costs. Yancey asserts in this appeal that he is entitled to representation and that the adoptive parents should pay for that representation, due to his status as both a prevailing party and an indigent natural father who sought to maintain a bond with his biological child.
