This is a motion to strike the bill of complaint. The bill among other things seeks to have a judgment obtained at law by complainant decreed to be a statutory lien upon decedent's lands and premises, the appointment of a receiver to collect rents, the prevention of a transfer of the lands by devisees, the sale of the lands under the jurisdiction of this court, and a restraint of actions by the administrator cumtestamento annexo in the Orphans Court until the rights of the parties in interest are determined.
