It appears, from the record in this case, that Catherine Renfroe, a married woman, by consent of her husband, was a free trader prior to 1863, and as such accumulated certain money, which was invested by her in a house and lof; in the city of Mill edge ville. She died some time in 1863, *139without obtaining title to said lot. Subsequent to her death, Wm. McKinley was.appointed administrator on her estate, and he paid the balance of the purchase money out of the proceeds of her estate; whereupon Seaton Grant-land, on the 29th of January, 1864, executed and delivered a deed to…
