This suit was instituted in the district court of Love county, Okla., by the appellee, Veta Hawkins, nee Stevenson, against J. S. Mullen et al., appellants, for the cancellation of a certain deed conveying land belonging to the plaintiff, Veta Hawkins; said conveyance having been executed and delivered to J. S. Mullen, one of the appellants, by Isaac Stevenson, the father and guardian of plaintiff.
