This suit is to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff who was struck by an automobile on a public highway in Hamilton, Allegan county, Michigan. The accident happened December 4, 1931, about 10 p. m. In the afternoon of that day defendant Harry Yredeveld left his Ford automobile at the garage of defendant Jacob Eding in Hamilton. He had exchanged it in part payment for a new Ford which was delivered to him that same afternoon.
