{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant Jovon Silkert appeals from a judgment of the trial court affirming a decision of the Unemployment Compensation Review Commission that Silkert is not entitled to unemployment compensation.1 Silkert contends that the trial court erred in failing to find that the commission’s decision was against the manifest weight of the evidence.
