This is an action against the United States of America under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C.A. §§ 1346(b), 2671-2680, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the minor plaintiff.as the result of his accidental shooting by Bobert S. McAfee on April' 29, 1953, at Fort Foster, a United States Government Beservation located approxi*490mately five miles from the Portsmouth Naval Base at Kittery, Maine.
