¶1 Appellants Darrel Koke, Larry Salois, Diann Grantham, Ed Lavenger, John Sinclair, Alvina Allen, and Caroline Fleury are members of the Little Shell Tribe and were candidates for positions in the November 18,2000, Little Shell election.
