Action to determine adverse claims to certain real property situted in St. Louis county. The land is owned by several persons in undivided interests, and the case in this court resolves itself into two separate controversies, namely, (1) between plaintiff, and the defendants Stubler and the intervener, who join in contesting the validity of plaintiff’s title to a part of the land; and (2) between defendants Stubler and intervener, as to a’ part of the land not owned by plaintiff.
