A. M. Rosenblum, plaintiff below and appellant herein, is a licensed real estate broker; George Lurie, defendant and appellee, is the owner of a building at Nos. 69-71 West State Street in the City of Sharon, Pa. The action was upon a contract in writing for payment by defendant to plaintiff of commissions for the procuring by plaintiff of a tenant, Harry Livingston, Inc., for the first floor of defendant’s premises.
