This is a suit in trespass to try title originally brought by Delhi-Taylor Oil Corporation and Mayfair Minerals, Inc., against Josephine A. Ehlers and other persons named in plaintiffs’ petition, as heirs at law of Ed Koch, and also Jack Butler. The suit involved the title and possession of the oil,, gas and other minerals in and under a certain 3.36 acre tract of land hereinafter described. By amended petition L. W.
