Defendants appeal from the order denying their motion in the alternative for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or a new trial.

Plaintiff recovered a verdict against defendants for personal injuries received in a collision of the automobile she was driving and a delivery truck driven by defendant Armstrong as the, servant of defendant Jordan.
