STROUD, Judge.

Plaintiff appeals the trial court’s orders granting summary judgment in favor of defendants.1 Because defendants are immune from liability under N.C. Gen. Stat. § 90-21.14, we affirm.

I. Background

This is the second appeal before this Court arising out of the treatment of Mr. Larry Green following his accident on 24 January 2005. See Green v. Kearney, _ N.C.
