OPINION

HOWARD, Judge.

This appeal questions the legality of a warrantless search of appellant’s property while he was on probation.

Appellant had been convicted in 1981 of unlawful possession of marijuana and placed on probation for two years. In September 1982 appellant was involved in an automobile collision and was arrested when a routine police check revealed two warrants for traffic violations.
