OPINION

OROZCO, Judge.

¶ 1 Lloyd George Walker (Defendant) appeals from his conviction and sentence imposed for Possession of Equipment and/or Chemicals for the Purpose of Manufacturing a Dangerous Drug. Defendant argues the trial court improperly denied his motion to suppress the evidence used to convict him. The evidence at issue was seized during a search of Defendant’s home conducted in association with the arrest of his live-in girlfriend on a probation violation. We hold the search was lawfully conducted and that the evidence seized may be used against Defendant, and affirm his conviction…
