Plaintiff Kofoid brought this action for employment discrimination, ORS 659.121, 1 wrongful discharge and intentional infliction of emotional distress. 2 The trial court granted defendants’ motion to strike the allegations of wrongful discharge and granted judgment on the pleadings on the claim of intentional infliction of emotional distress.
