Reversing.
Appellee, Stephen Irwin, - was injured September 29, 1941, in an accident arising out of and in the course of Ms employment by appellant, Carl Scbaab, doing business as Schaab Construction Company. On January 24, 1942, an agreed order was approved and entered by the Workmen’s Compensation Board, by the terms of which appellee received Fifteen Dollars ($15) per week for fifteen (15) weeks, commencing September 30, 1941.
