MEMORANDUM OPINION
WILLIAM D. QUARLES, JR., District Judge.
The Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) issued an administrative summons to Prov ident Bank ordering it to produce information related to Thurston Paul Bell’s financial transactions. The Court dismissed Bell’s petition to quash and enforced the summons.
