McENTEE, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from the vacation of a final judgment. The appellant, Robert James Lubben, obtained a permanent injunction precluding his induction into the armed services until his Local Board complied with certain conditions. 1 After the precedential support for that injunction was reversed on appeal, the government moved in district court to vacate the injunction, and this motion was granted.
