Bradshaw v. Superior Court

The question involved in this application grew out of an attempted appeal from the justice’s court to the Superior Court of San Bernardino County. The action in the justice’s court was one for claim and delivery of an automobile. The plaintiff, Fred A. Curl, sought to recover an automobile of the alleged value of $600 from the defendant Alice Bradshaw. The automobile was taken from defendant’s possession under proceedings authorizing such action.
