This appeal presents two questions: (1) On the facts found by the jury, was the plaintiff entitled to judgment? (2) Has the finding of causal connection between the acts complained of by the plaintiff and his discharge sufficient support in the evidence ?

1. The first question must be resolved in favor of the plaintiff. We agree with defendant’s counsel that if their client was justified in doing what it did in the way of procuring Johnson’s discharge, the fact that it acted from malicious motives would not give a right of action. The…
