John Chizoba Adi was charged in a federal grand jury indictment with conspiracy to deal in firearms without a license (Count One), making false statements in the acquisition of firearms (Counts Two and Three), dealing in firearms without a license (Count Four), and making false statements before a grand jury (Counts Five and Six), in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2, 922(a)(1), (6), 924, 1623(a).
