GOLDBERG, Circuit Judge:
Following a jury trial in United States district court, Bernard J. Rubin was convicted of 103 counts charging him with embezzlement of union and employee welfare benefit plan funds, racketeering, income tax evasion, and failure to keep labor union records. The sentences on all counts were to run concurrently. Rubin appealed his convictions to this court, and we affirmed. United States v. Rubin, 559 F.2d 975 (5th Cir. 1977).
