OPINION
BOURCIER, Justice.
This matter is before this Supreme Court pursuant to certification from the Superior Court of five questions of doubt and importance, allegedly pursuant to G.L.1956 § 9- 24r-27 and Rule 72(b) of the Superior Court Rules of Civil Procedure. For the reasons hereinafter set forth, we decline the certification and enter remand and other appropriate orders.
