The appellant herein and plaintiff below, Cindy Dawn Pauley [hereinafter “Ms. Pau-ley”], appeals from the April 14, 1998, order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, modifying its earlier judgment order. The first judgment order, entered July 9, 1997, upheld a jury verdict in favor of Ms. Pauley and against the appellee herein and defendant below, Jeanette L.
