This is an appeal by the defendants from a judgment for plaintiff in an action for damages for personal injuries based on negligence.
The accident in which plaintiff was injured occurred at a crosswalk at the intersection of S. W. 20th Avenue and S. W. Morrison Street in the city of Portland (hereinafter referred to as 20th Avenue and Morrison Street). The former street runs north and south and the latter east and west.
