This is an appeal by the defendant, John H. Repp, from a judgment which the circuit court entered against him in favor of the plaintiff in the sum of $7,500 after a jury had returned its verdict in that amount for the plaintiff. There were two other defendants when the complaint was filed. One of them, Andreas ZervaMs, was not served with the complaint or the summons and he made no appearance. The defendant General SteamsMp Corporation, Ltd., made a motion for an involuntary non-suit at the close of the plaintiff’s case which the trial judge sustained. The order wMch sustained it…
