This is a motion to dismiss an appeal for alleged nonconformity with certain rules of practice and statutory requirements in respect to the filing of an undertaking. On July 8, 1913, appellant served upon respondents an undertaking on appeal. Four days later, respondents filed exceptions to the sufficiency of the sureties on the undertaking. On the same day, the court made an order setting July 20th as the time in which the sureties should appear and justify.
