This case involves an appeal from the Garland County Circuit Court. Appellant, James Brent Gullett, appeals his conviction for violation of the Omnibus DWI Act, Ark. Stat. Ann. §§ 75-1031.1, 75-1045, 75-2501 et seq. (Supp. 1985). We affirm.

Appellant was arrested on June 30,1984, and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. He was convicted in municipal court.
