Plaintiffs Michael Zeuner, Eamon Kelly, and Jean Brunei (“Plaintiffs”) bring this action against their former employer, Sun-Trust Banks Inc. (“SunTrust”), SunTrust Banks, Inc. Severance Pay Plan (the “Severance Plan”), and the SunTrust Banks Severance Plan Administrator (the “Administrator,” and together with SunTrust and the Severance Plan, “Defendants”).
