In my memorandum and order on motion of Ganz for recovery of attorney’s fees and expenses, dated October 8, 1996, I said that Lyons’ argument that Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code, § 38.001, et seq. does not provide that attorney’s fees are recoverable from a limited partnership was not well taken.
