This opinion is substituted for the opinion in this same cause delivered June 5, 1961.

This is the second appeal involving the same cause of action. At the first trial a judgment was rendered in favor of the Citizens Coacb Company and on appeal we reversed the judgment on the ground (among others) that the Coach Company had not been held to the high degree of care required by law.
