Error to Genesee; Wisner, J. Herbert Ponsford was convicted of manslaughter.

Herbert Ponsford, Frank Caster, and Henry Van Koevering were informed against in *661the circuit court for Genesee county for the crime of murder. After pleas of not guilty were entered they demanded and were granted separate trials. The trial of respondent resulted in a verdict of guilty of manslaughter, upon which a judgment was later pronounced. The case is before us for review upon a writ of error.
